RVAC is the premier multi-use facility for arts and community programs in the Hudson Valley.

Dutchess County’s Southern Dutchess Coalition is a partnership of agencies, businesses and schools working together to reduce risk factors among youth in the southern section of the Dutchess County.   Our Mission is to support community prevention efforts by identifying and reducing risky behaviors surrounding substance use, misuse, abuse and underage drinking. As part of the Southern Dutchess Coalition, The Education and Art committee, brings art and education workshops to the Southern Dutchess Community, bringing awareness to the issues of substance use, and at the same time, providing youth with opportunities to participate in pro – social activities.  It is the vision and hope of the Art and Education Committee to have a place where youth could come to enjoy art, identify their strengths, have positive peer interactions and see themselves as a valued part of their community.

Join this complimentary Art Workshop sponsored by CAPE’s Southern Dutchess Coalition’s Art and Education Committee.
