Raise Your Good Vibrations

Do you know that our human energy field changes constantly due to many internal and external influences? Our energy can shift from being upbeat and positive to feeling “down” and negative – we usually experience these shifts as emotions or sensations in our bodies.  Science is even telling us that things like too much stress can lead to physical illness. We have innate abilities to modulate our energy field and frequency for wellness.

The focus of this 6-week workshop series is to share techniques and knowledge that you can use to support yourself in maintaining the “good vibrations” that are known to support health and well-being. The workshop series is inclusive of all 6 dates and cannot be taken individually.
